I am Mayank, and I’ve spent the last four years as a startup operator, working with companies from their early days to later stages. A lot of that was around Y Combinator — with YC founders and inside YC companies.
Most recently, I led the Incorporations team at Inkle, where I ran more than 100 incorporations. That meant sitting with founders, understanding their exact situation, and helping them pick the right structure — and explaining why. Then, with a network of CAs, lawyers, incorporation platforms, took those incorporations all the way to done.
I’ve since moved on from my role at Inkle, but still genuinely enjoy speaking to founders and entrepreneurs setting up a US-India structure. indieincorp is a slightly more organized effort in the same direction.
